The retreat is a wonderful opportunity to grind out a ton of admin work for the upcoming year. When school starts, it’s almost impossible to find time to do all the backend work, so the retreat allows us collaborative time to share ideas, edit documents, make ladder changes, edit forms, update sales and plan marketing. One of the great things is just chatting with other yearbook advisers…A lot of problems can be solved by just listening and sharing stories of Imagepast experiences and how they were handled or could be handled…It’s the perfect mixture between work and fun!
